From the inside out we turned this house around! Entire kitchen remodel all bathrooms fully renovated along with a beautiful roof-top deck.

Arlington, VA – Master Bath & Top Floor Bath Remodel
This beautiful space was revamped and given a modern update with unique accents to make this bathroom one of a kind. We updated the inset lighting and removed the jacuzzi style bathtub and replaced it with an acrylic stand alone tub. The single panel shower door adds for easy access and the addition of the niches on the backwall gives the client additional storage space for all shower essentials. We finished the bathroom off with black fixtures matching the floor and an LED light above the vanity.
OWEN PROJECT
This client wanted a two-toned kitchen, we went with white shaker cabinets for the perimeter and grey shaker cabinets for the island. We added pendant lights over the island and inset LED lights to brighten the kitchen. All appliances are on the perimeter allowing for maximum space on the island to be used for the entire family.
Arlington, VA – Kitchen Remodel
New layout for the clients allowed for more a brighter kitchen and more counter space leading into the dining room. The European style cabinets give the kitchen a more updated look and making the cabinets go the ceiling adds extra hidden storage for the client.
Springfield, VA – Master Bathroom & Walk-in Closet Remodel
We did a complete renovation of the bathroom and closet area in the master bedroom. When we started, there was an open area with a vanity and medicine cabinet between the bathroom and walk-in closet. There was also an additional linen closet on the outside of the bathroom that we reconfigured into the new bathroom. We gutted the entire area, rearranged plumbing and electrical to fit the new layout and enclosed the open area adding more space to the actual master bathroom. Instead of adding a traditional swing door to the closet area we added a pocket door leading into the new walk-in where we added new shelving for a more functional closet.

Arlington, VA – Kitchen Remodel
This is a condo located in Arlington Virginia on the 12th floor. We updated all appliances to stainless steel using KitchenAid for the refrigerator and double oven and sharp for the built-in microwave. We went with a 36” cooktop that sits on top of an all-white countertop tying into the white raised subway tile giving it a clean and updated look. At the customers request we added a mirror behind the sink and under cabinet lighting to complete the look.
